- How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days, with standard delivery taking 6–12 business days (free shipping on all orders). Expedited shipping options are available at checkout—see our Terms of Purchase for details.

- What if my shipping address is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request an address change. We can’t modify addresses once the order has shipped (see our Terms of Use for details).
Returns & Refunds
- What’s your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Final sale items are not eligible—check product pages for “Final Sale” labels.
- How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (in USD). Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

- What’s the difference between Airluxe® and Formcloud® fabrics?
Airluxe® is lightweight, breathable, and has microbial protection—ideal for workouts or hot weather. Formcloud® is thicker (with medium compression) and sweat-resistant, great for support during high-intensity activity.
- Do you have a size guide?
Yes! A detailed size guide is available on every product page (under “Size & Fit”) to help you choose the right size for leggings, bras, and tops. If you need personalized sizing help, email us with your measurements.

- How do I create or delete an account?
