Refund Policy

At SET ACTIVE, we want you to love your premium activewear—whether it’s our Airluxe® fabric leggings, Formcloud® sports bras, or limited-edition seasonal pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent. Below is everything you need to know about eligibility, the refund process, timelines, and exceptions.

1. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund (in USD, the currency of your original purchase), your return must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Timeframe: The request to return items must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date (not the order date). We calculate this based on the delivery confirmation provided by our shipping carrier.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., size labels, dust bags for limited-edition pieces) intact. We cannot process refunds for items with signs of use (e.g., sweat stains, pilling, missing tags) or damage caused by improper care.
  • Eligible Items: Most SET ACTIVE products are eligible for refunds, including active bras, leggings, tops, sweats, and accessories. The following items are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
    • Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase).
    • Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
    • Items purchased from third-party retailers (refunds for these must be requested directly from the original seller).

2. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to initiate a refund for your SET ACTIVE purchase:

Step 1: Get a Return Authorization (RA) Number

Before shipping any items back, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number—this ensures we can track your return and process your refund quickly. To get an RA number:
  • Email our customer service team at service@setactivesale.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  • Include your full name, order number, the list of items you want to return, and a brief reason for the return (e.g., “size mismatch,” “changed mind”).
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your unique RA number and detailed return instructions (including our fulfillment address).
Important: Do not ship items back without an RA number. Packages received without a valid RA number will be delayed or rejected, and we cannot guarantee a refund.

Step 2: Prepare and Ship Your Return

Once you have your RA number:
  • Package the eligible items securely (we recommend using the original shipping box if possible to avoid damage during transit).
  • Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package (this helps our team identify your return quickly).
  • Ship the package to our fulfillment location (provided in your RA confirmation email):

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us, unless the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong size/color). In these cases, contact us first—we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

We process refunds as quickly as possible once we receive and inspect your returned items. Here’s what to expect:
  • Inspection Period: After your package arrives at our fulfillment center, we will inspect the items within 2–3 business days to verify they meet our eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Initiation: If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–10 business days of inspection.
  • Refund Delivery: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution—most banks process refunds within 3–7 business days, but some may take up to 10 business days.
Note: We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, so you can track it with your payment provider.

4. Refund Amount

The refund amount will match the total price you paid for the eligible items (excluding any shipping costs you incurred for returning the items, unless the return is due to our error). This includes:
  • The base price of the product (in USD).
  • Any applicable taxes paid at checkout (we will only refund taxes if the item is eligible for a full refund).
We do not refund any expedited shipping costs you paid for the original order (unless the expedited delivery was delayed due to our error).

5. Special Cases & Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described (e.g., wrong size/color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@setactivesale.com. Include photos of the item and the damage/issue, along with your order number. We will:
  • Send you a replacement item (if available) at no cost to you.
  • Or, if you prefer, process a full refund (including any original shipping costs) and provide a prepaid label for returning the damaged/defective item.

Lost or Delayed Returns

If you shipped your return but it has not been received or processed after 2 weeks of shipping, please contact us with the tracking number for your return package. We will work with our shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we may process a refund at our discretion (pending verification of shipment).

Canceled Orders

If you cancel an order before it is shipped (see our Terms of Purchase for cancellation eligibility), we will process a full refund within 5–10 business days of cancelation. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the items.

6. How to Check Refund Status

To check the status of your refund:
  • Refer to the confirmation email we sent when your refund was initiated (it includes details about the refund amount and payment method).
  • Contact your payment provider directly—they can confirm if the refund has been received and when it will be available in your account.
  • If you have not received a refund update within 15 days of initiating your return, email us at service@setactivesale.com with your RA number and order number for assistance.
